Xiaomi mi max the big 6.44 inch phablet that was launched in may in china is tipped to launch on 30th june in india . This smartphone is the biggest smartphone from Xiaomi upto now .
Unveiled with the companies latest os" miui 8 " , The phone also runs on miui 8 based on android 6.0 marshmallow . Xiaomi's vice president hugo barra announced that mi max will be launched in india on 30th june . Just after one month of the redmi note 3 launch company is launching the Xiaomi max in india .
The mi max comes with a 6.44 inch full Hd display with a resolution of 1080X1920 having 341 pixels per inch . To protect the smartphone from cracks and scratches there is a corning gorilla glass 4 protection .
The Mi max was launched in china in three different variants :-
- 3Gb ram 32gb Storage with a 1.8ghz hexa core snapdragon 650 processor .
- 3Gb ram and 64Gb storage with 1.8ghz octa core snapdragon 652 Processor .
- 4Gb ram with 124Gb of onboard storage and a Snapdragon 652 octa core processor .
The variants which will be launched in india are still unknown , however if take mi 5 as an example then xiaomi may launch only one variant of the Mi max in india .
For capturing images there is a 16 mega pixel camera unit at the rear end which performs good in both day light and in door . To take selfies there is a 5 megapixel front unit with features like autofocus , Phase detection .
The handset supports 4G lte connectivity as well , Powered by a 4850 mah massive battery the smartphone gives a battery backup of 8 hours .
The pricing of the smartphone is yet not revealed but the expected price on the basis of variants launched in china are :-
- 15,000 for 3Gb + 32Gb variant .
- 17,000 for 3Gb + 64Gb variant .
- 20,500 for 4Gb + 128Gb variant .
